please anticipate delays in delivery. We are doing everything we can to mitigate the impact this has on you , our customers and We appreciate your patience.
We are moving to a flat Rate of $16.00 per order for the duration of the strikes, but will refund the difference if the actual postage is lower.
Some of our Shippers ( UPS, Purolator, Canada Post) are facing backlogs at US Customs and it is creating some delays in pick up and delivery. We are doing what we can to mitigate these delays and provide you with the quickest and most cost effective shipping service. Please Be aware that you may also be faced with additional fees ( customs and Brokerage Fees ) upon delivery. If packages are refused at delivery, and returned to us, The order will be refunded LESS the shipping charges.
