This is a Common Problem.... Check your SPAM or JUNK Files for your Download Link. The Links are sent Automatically, and from time to time, email can send them to JUNK or Spam.  Add our email to your contact list. tracy.moreau@tracymoreau.net 

it will help avoid this issue in the future, Or adjust your email settings. 

We try to keep shipping cost as low as we can, Stencils and patterns are shipped via Letter mail or via small packet service . Thus No Tracking is available. We do have a refund or replace policy so if a shipment goes missing, we will honor it. Shipping can take up to 3 weeks ( from the ship date) under Normal Circumstances, Longer if near the Holidays, So Please be patient.

One of two things has happened... either it hasn't shipped Or the notification has been blocked or sent to Spam or Junk files. Simply Message us with Your Order Number and we will be happy to check on it for you.  We make every effort to respond within 24 hrs. 

No Problem, For items that are damaged in shipping simply email us a photo(s) of the damaged item. We will see to replacing it for you, at no additional cost or provide a refund.  Please submit photos within 7 days of the date of arrival.
