Returns and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied. If your shipment is lost or damaged, we will replace it Free of Charge or offer a refund for the product only.

If you are not satisfied with your products , simply return them to us. Return postage is your responsibility, we will refund in full upon reciept.

We do NOT refund for Electronic Patterns or Gift Cards. ( We monitor downloads) and will make every effort to help you get your downloads.  

Packages that are refused at delivery and returned to us are refunded LESS  the shipping charges.
